• Hogla-Kimberly Ltd. - joint venture with Kimberly-Clark (U.S.), which manufactures and markets tissue-based and personal care products in Israel and Turkey. Hogla is the largest marketer of Non-Food Consumer products in Israel (AC Wielsen).
• Mondi Business Paper Hadera LTD - joint venture with Mondi Business Paper, which manufactures and markets fine papers.
• Carmel Container Systems Ltd. - joint venture with the Kraft Group (U.S.), which manufactures paper and paperboard-based packaging products.
• Graffiti Office Supply Ltd. - markets office supplies to businesses and institutions.
• Packaging Papers & Recycling Division - manufactures fluting and testliner for the corrugated board industry, and recycles waste paper and board.
• Development and Infrastructure Division - provides engineering, R&D and other services within the AIPM Group.
