Following the merger (January 2007), 013 NetVision Ltd. now holds all the outstanding shares of NetVision 013 Barak Ltd. (100%) and GlobeCall Communication Ltd. (100% held directly and indirectly). In addition, NetVision has a controlling interest in Netwise Application Ltd. and a joint controlling interest (50%) in Channel 10 and Nana10 Ltd.

013 NetVision operates as an ISP, ILD (international long distance) and LEC (local exchange carrier) under a special permit from Israel's Ministry of Communications. The permit enables NetVision 013 Barak to provide local and international dialing cards.
The company has more than 512,000 broadband Internet access subscribers, commanding an estimated 37% market share. It also accounts for 35% of the long distance telephony market in Israel.
Netwise Application Ltd. is a leading Internet company specializing in the development of sophisticated Web systems for enterprises. In addition to its Web development services, the company provides interface design, application integration and content management services. Among its clients are major Israeli institutions including banks, insurance companies, and telecom and manufacturing companies.
Nana10 - On May 8, 2007, NetVision Ltd. and Channel 10 established a joint venture, the "Nana10" Web portal. Nana10 activities will encompass the "Nana" and "Nana Shops" Internet sites as well as the exclusive rights to Channel 10 television content on the Internet.
NetVision Ltd. shares have traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 2005.
NetVision is dependent on the communication services provided by Bezeq, which has a near monopoly on domestic telecommunications in Israel, and Hot. NetVision is also dependent on maintaining its operating license granted by the Israeli Ministry of Communications. |
